The project is located in Huai'an Higher Education Park, Southeast of the city center, away from the city center 5km, superior geographical location and convenient transportation. Over the past thousand years, the Beijing Hangzhou Grand Canal has nurtured the people on both sides of the Strait and created a splendid Grand Canal culture. In the past, the Huai'an Li canal, the South boat, the North horse, the ark and the Jianghuai Lantern Festival were prosperous and famous. The design is inspired by the Huai'an Lantern Festival, which depicts a picture of a yacht Lantern Festival in the prosperous Jianghuai river with "three courtyards and three lines". The Lantern Festival (North atrium) - "a lively boat welcoming Lantern Festival on the shore", Wanzhou port (central atrium) - "ten thousand boats berthing on the shore, tea house wine", chenglangting (South atrium) - "board a yacht offshore and watch the scenery of riding the wind and waves".
