The project is located in the south of Ma 'anshan, new city region of Tengchong, and Dongguan Village, the well-known ancient village. The plot faces Dongguan Road and Ma 'anshan in the north, seats near Tengban Road and Tengchong Century City in the east and locates by Dongguan Road in the west. The left southern part is far from downtown area and for later stage of the project. The population of Tengchong is insufficient to support commercial survival of project if just being a commercial block purely. Therefore, project design decides to foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses. Combined with cultural innovation, tourism and commerce wisely, it emphasizes the local tourism resources of Tengchong to integrate food, housing, culture, tourism, shopping and entertainment and other functions into a monolithic commercial district where it has inheritance of historical culture and fusion of modern elements.
